GDC knowledge exchange

Grassland Development Centre staff organise and attend a great many knowledge exchange events every year, cover an extremely large number of topics, some examples of which are listed below.

Knowledge exchange topics include:

  • Making the most of your silage

  • IBERS big bale silage research

  • Grass for silage: using and understanding pre-cut grass samples for silage.
    The results would be discussed at the meeting so that farmers could come up wtih action points for their own farms.
