Eurofins Laboratories Ltd - Analysis request forms, sample bags and pre-paid postage bags have been distributed to Society Secretaries by post. Secretaries are requested to ensure that a analysis submission form is completed for each silage sample, giving the entrant as the 'Client name and address' and specifying either 'Big Bale' or 'Clamp Silage' within the 'Your sample identification' box.

For each sample sent to Eurofins Laboratories Ltd, please send a cheque to the address below.   Please make cheques payable to 'Eurofins Laboratories Ltd' for £15.18:-
